• Arts Live Theatre has been a Northwest Arkansas institution for 25 years providing the youth of the region with exceptional theatrical training, performance opportunities and a positive and loving environment to develop self confidence, responsibility and self esteem. The impact of Arts Live has made on students, their families and audiences is significant, and the success stories of Arts Live are numerous with former students going on to professional careers in theatre, film and television.

Times are tough for everyone, but especially nonprofit organizations, arts in particular. With that said, we need to take a good hard look at what ALT has been doing financially. ALT has kept actual costs below the budgeted amount. Unfortunately, we have had dwindling support from our annual fund letter for the past two years. Measures are now being taken to reduce the budget. However, it will not be enough for our immediate needs. We plead with any and all people who have benefited from Arts Live to step forward and make a donation, great or small. We are asking for the cost of a family dinner at a restaurant or perhaps two cups of coffee! We are asking so Arts Live may continue. Please make a contribution to Arts Live Theatre so we may remain an important part of Northwest Arkansas, its families and youth. Your donation can go a long way if everyone will just give a little.

Arts Live Theatre has had a fabulous 25 year run and is worth saving. But it’s up to you. Please make a donation. Your contribution is 100% tax deductible.

Thank you, in advance, for your generosity and for keeping Arts Live Alive! at this very critical time.

Be a part of an extraordinary experience as Christmas Carol High School, an original production being produced by Arts Live Theatre, makes its world premiere! The classic story of “A Christmas Carol” is given a modern twist and set at West End High School where the campus “Scrooge” is Meredith Priestly, the meanest, nastiest girl in school! With uninterested globe-trotting parents, the lead in the school production of “Romeo and Juliet”, and thinking she is the Queen Bee of campus, Meredith is in need of a reminder of what Christmas and frienship are about. Visited by five ghosts, two of which are Patty and Patrick Prince, two former West End Cheerleaders from the 1950’s, Meredith is taken on a life changing journey. A funny, witty and touching script, Christmas Carol High School is the perfect holiday event!

Directed by Morgan Hicks of TheatreSquared and written by Mark Landon Smith, author of last season’s The Pirate Show which is being nationally published by Baker’s Plays/Samuel French, Inc.
