It was a great success, and lots of fun.  We’ll spend the next weeks compiling survey responses, and making our reports.  We’ll want to hear from you in October, so please mark your calendars for this Festival Followup Meeting: October 10th, at Kathy Thompson’s studio at 5:30pm.   • Tonight’s CADI meeting has been cancelled due to City Council meetings surrounding the Fayetteville Downtown Master Plan.

    The date for the Cultural Arts District to be a Planning Commission item has been moved back to later in the summer. We will keep you posted on the developments.

    Reminder: The application deadline for visual artists wanting to participate in the Fayetteville Arts Festival is May 12. The application is available online at www.fayettevillearts.org.

    We are beginning the search for Fayetteville Arts Festival Volunteers. If you are interested in helping with this year’s festival, please call (479) 571-3337 or email us at doug@fayettevilledowntown.org.

    The remainder of the CADI meetings will be posted on the calendar in the next couple of days. Unless otherwise noted, meetings always take place on the second Tuesday of the month. However, future meetings will start at 5:30 pm.
