Keila Lorenc, an undergraduate drama major in the J. William Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences, has been awarded an internship in a new program sponsored by the University of Arkansas and the Walton Arts Center. Each year the center will award two internships, one in drama and the other in music. Lorenc, a junior, will serve as a production assistant for a piece called “Digging up Arkansas,” which will play to several elementary schools in the area this spring. She will also help handle rehearsal schedules, film rehearsals, and assist in record keeping and note taking.
