The gallery is a student-run exhibition space located at 114 Central Ave. in Bentonville. The space will feature the visual research of students, faculty and visiting lecturers from the department of art, the Fay Jones School of Architecture and the School of Human Environmental Science’s interior design program. This progressive gallery will facilitate a new opportunity for the University of Arkansas’ visual art, architecture and design community to connect directly with northwest Arkansas’ creative industry.

The Contemporary Sculpture Society will present Pure Conversation a Juried Multimedia Exhibition reception at sUgAR on
Friday, November 6th, 2009, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. sUgAR is located at 114 Central in downtown Bentonville.
The exhibition brings together 33 student artists from the University of Arkansas and will showcase works in such diverse media as ceramic,fabric, aluminum, photography, painting, and more. Though the exhibition will run from now, through Saturday, November 7th, 2009, the closing reception will be an excellent opportunity to meet and have a conversation with the artists about their work.
