The application (pdf) for the Arts Council is on the City’s Web Site at accessfayetteville.org
Applicants can either email them to the City Clerk’s office or hand deliver them.

I would like to apply but I will not ‘officially’ live in the city limits until next month for sure.
I am registered to vote, but I vote in Winslow. I shop in Fayetteville and will be living there shortly.
I am a paralyzed visual artists with a severe brain injury. I am young enough to help for a good while and old enough to have an interesting perspective on local art history.

Well is this a start? I have lived in NWA for about 18 years. I was in a few Fayetteville Fine Arts Festivals.
