Join 4 area visual artists for an evening show and sale at la Maison des Tartes on November 4th from 5-8 p.m. This “Evening of Art” features the opportunity to view and purchase new works, never before displayed, and to meet the artists.
The show is sponsored by Fayetteville Four, a group of visual artists, mostly representational, living and working in the Fayetteville area. Three times a year, the group will host a major show and sale featuring work by four different artists.
The artists for this inaugural show are M.M. Kent, Robert Andes, Golsa Yaghoobi, and John Newman. M.M. Kent is in his 21st year as a successful oil painter; Robert Andes recently received his MFA from the U of A and is currently a visiting assistant professor at Arkansas Tech University; Golsa Yaghoobi is an MFA candidate at the U of A; John Newman is an associate professor of art at the U of A. Each artist is creating a series of paintings exclusively for this show.
