Empty Bowls Project Soup Dinner at George’s Majestic Lounge

You’re invited to Flat Rock Clay’s Empty Bowl Project Gourmet $20 Soup Dinner at George’s Majestic Lounge, Tuesday November 14 from 6-9p.m.

We’ll have musical accompaniment with the LR group “Recovery”.
Your $20 donation per person goes to help Seven Hills Homeless Center feed the homeless and needy in our community.

You also get to take home a hand crafted bowl made by the public at the Fayetteville Fine Arts Festival or from a local potter, who had donated the bowls. The bowl you choose is a reminder of all the Empty Bowls locally and in the world.

There will also be a silent auction with bowls signed by celebrities from Sheryl Crow, Don Wright, Willie Nelson, Don Tyson, Randy Travis, Lucenda Williams and her father Miller Williams, George Jones among others (The cast of Lost bowls may be Lost or not!!!). Also a handful of local artists have made one-of-a-kind bowls just for the silent auction including Susan Morrison, Hank Kaminski, Shirley Miller, Kelley Wilks and more.

We look forward to enjoying a good bowl of soup with you.
