City Plan 2025 Website Available To Public
Fayetteville, AR- The City Plan 2025 will serve as a guide for planning and development over the next 20 years, and City Planning staff is providing multiple ways for citizens to participate. The City Plan 2025 website at cityplan2025.accessfayetteville.org has two purposes: 1) To provide information about the City Plan 2025 process February 10-20; and 2) To solicit citizen input through interactive activities.
The website offers citizens the opportunity to begin providing input on the issues they think should be addressed in the City Plan 2025. Currently, the forum topics include transportation, housing and growth. An “other” category is available for citizens to post comments on other issues related to the City Plan 2025. Citizens also have the opportunity to post photo favorites of Fayetteville like “favorite view” or “places you take visitors.”
Submissions and forum comments will include a username and subject title.
Input provided on the website will be incorporated into the public comments articulated during the public meetings February 10-20.
Dates, times, locations and directions are available on the website in English and in Spanish as well as resource links to planning organizations and relevant research. For those interested in accessing the internet, the Fayetteville Public Library offers access to cardholders, and the Boys and Girls Club offers access to members.
